An easy peasy apple crumble
- 150g self raising flour
- 100g margarine
- 50g caster sugar
- a tin of fruit filling
Prep:15min › Cook:18min › Extra time:2min › Ready in:35min
- Heat the oven at 250 degrees C. Put the self raising flour, margarine and caster sugar in a bowl, and rub the mix with your fingers until the mix is like breadcrumbs.
- Get a baking tin and spread the fruit filling in the tin and then but the mix on top.
- Cook it for 10 to 18 minutes, until it crispy brown and leave it to cool for 2 minutes - then it's ready to eat!
Altered ingredient amounts. had to add more flour as i found it to buttery, so i used about 200g of flour. - 26 Apr 2010
