loved this, i decided to prepare the meatballs at night and leave them in the fridge over night. This helped the meatballs stay together when cooking.  -  29 Dec 2011

This is an absolutely fab recipe, really tasty and comforting on a cold night. Once the meatballs had finished cooking in the slow cooker I added the meatballs and the remaining sauce to a pot of penne and ran some soft cheese through, topped with mature cheddar and baked in the oven on low for 25 mins. Super yummy!! Thank you for sharing this, I am adding your recipe to my favourites.  -  07 Feb 2012

Lovely recipe, very easy to do. Didn't add passata to recipe just a little tomato puree. Made more than enough sauce and was delicious!  -  10 Oct 2009
