I followed the recipe to the letter, but found the vinegar just a little too sharp, so added a tablespoon of honey to the sauce once cooked, this cut through the vinegar well. - 18 Nov 2009
My first attempt after being gifted with my SIL's slow cooker - and the recipe worked very well, but TBH I think the food smelt better cooking than it tasted, although that was not the fault of the recipe - I guess I just don't like the Adobo flavour. - 19 Nov 2009
