Easy peasy slow cooker bbq pork chops
This is the easiest receipe, but so delicious, the meat will fall off the bone.
Ingredients

- 8 Pork Chops
- 500g of your favourite BBQ Sauce
Method

- Spread a thin layer of barbeque sauce on the bottom of a slow cooker then place a layer pork chops, repeat with barbeque sauce then chops and pour the remainder of the bottle over the top of the final layer of chops.
- Cook on a HIGH setting for 4 to 5 hours, or all day on a LOW setting.
- You don't need to add any water because as the meat cooks the juices thin the sauce out.

Extremely easy, used pork steaks instead of chops, meat was very tender and full of flavour, my son and partner loved it and asked to have it again tonight!! you have to really like bbq sauce to really enjoy-i quite like it but wouldnt rush to have it again as im not a huge bbq sauce lover. - 12 Oct 2010
