Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the mince and chopped onion until brown.
Next drain the juice from the mince and onion, and put back on hob. Take the crushed garlic and add to the mince and onion to fry for a minute or so.
After, add the fresh tomatoes, tin of tomatoes, a few squirts of tomato sauce, and can of beans. Make sure you drain the juice from the beans or the sauce will be quite thin. Give it a good stir and by now the sauce should be looking nice and thick. Season well with salt and pepper.
Next add the dried basil, dried oregano, and 2 bay leaves. Leave on a low heat and simmer for about 10 -15mins. Then serve and enjoy.
