Hello this is just a recipe that ive been making. I really like it but i also really hope that you would like it.

Ingredients

15 digestives
250g butter or margarine, melted
4 tubs cream cheese (Philadelphia)
1 tbsp vanilla powder
3 eggs
400g sugar
375ml cream

Preparation method

1. Get your digestives and put them in a bag and smooth the bag with the biscuits in. And then get a rolling-pin and crunch it on top of the bag.
2. After you've done that take your butter or margarine, put it in the bowl and mix it together with a wooden spoon or a spatula.
3. Put it in a cake tin and put in the fridge for 10 min.
4. Now get your cream cheese, vanilla, sugar, eggs and cream and mix well.
5. Take the cake tin out from the fridge, the one with the biscuit mix and put the mixture in the cake tin.
6. Put oven on at 160º and leave it to stay in the oven for 40-45 min. after put in fridge for three hours.
7. At last take cake out after waiting and put any decoration on and put in fridge again for 5-10 min. and then your done.

I wanted to make this but wasn't sure what size tubs of cream cheese you were using. So, I opted for a different recipe. Could you add the gram measurement? Thanks.
