    Serves: 24 

    • 12 fresh chicken livers, halved
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 12 slices bacon or pancetta, cut in half

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Preheat grill.
    2. Sprinkle each chicken liver half with salt to taste. Wrap bacon or pancetta around each piece and fasten with a cocktail stick. Place on a baking tray or roasting pan.
    3. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes, then turn pieces and grill another 5 to 7 minutes, or until cooked through.
