    About this recipe: This is a budget friendly and tasty meal, I make this a lot, I usually sprinkle Parmesan or Cheddar on the top too, which makes it extra tasty :)

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 200g tagliatelle
    • smoked pork sausage, sliced
    • 4 tablespoons green or red pesto (I prefer red)
    • 150ml single cream
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • grated cheese to serve

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Cook the pasta in boiling water according to packet instructions. Drain and return to the pan.
    2. Stir in the remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste.
    3. Serve with grated cheese.
