This is one of those accidental recipes. I was supposed to making something else and it evolved into this! Its delicious and easy. Serve with spuds of any kind or pasta.
This recipe had a little too much contrast and sweetness for my guests. I recommend checking the cider is sufficiently dry and adding the honey a little at a time, to taste. - 07 Jul 2010
this was a lovely idea for pork, with so few ingredients, but was far too sweet, cider and honey as a reduction is only for the very sweet toothed.. But thank you, as my girls will love it (16 and 17)...don't stop the good work, as your recipes are so easy x - 03 Mar 2012
