    About this recipe: This is really a pretty presentation. I have had many compliments, and it's very easy. Simply hollow out a pumpkin and fill it with your favourite stuffing.

    Serves: 8 

    • 1 medium pumpkin
    • 1 (150g) packet shop bought stuffing mix

    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:1hr  ›  Ready in:1hr15min 

    1. Cut a hole in the top of the pumpkin and remove the seeds and pulp.
    2. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    3. Prepare stuffing according to directions. Stuff the pumpkin.
    4. Bake in the preheated oven 1 hour, or until tender.

    Really excellent recipe! I wasn't really sure what to expect, but is was very nice. As mentioned in the tweaks, I added some mixed seeds and cheddar cheese to the filling and it worked a treat! - 08 Nov 2009
