Easiest peanut butter fudge

    This is the best recipe for creamy and delicious peanut butter fudge I have ever used. It is great for sharing at work.

    Serves: 15 

    • 110g butter
    • 475g brown soft sugar
    • 125ml milk
    • 200g peanut butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 425g icing sugar

    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Extra time:1hr  ›  Ready in:1hr20min 

    1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to the boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over icing sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth; pour into a 20cm square baking dish. Chill until firm and cut into squares.

    Have just made this - followed the recipe closely and it was very easy and absolutely delicious. I used crunchy peanut butter in the end, and also scattered a bagful (180g) of honey roast peanuts over the top.  -  20 Dec 2011


    Something else. Not yet made this, but I fancy spooning it into cake cups and topping it with melted chocolate. Will have a go and see what happens  -  22 Feb 2011


    These worked super well! i used a little bit less peanut better and they tasted AMAZING  -  15 Apr 2011
