Snowball sweets

About this recipe: I made these for the first time last year. Things were a bit tight money wise so I decided to make sweets. Everyone loved them and I have an order for this year. Quick, easy, effective and yummy!

I'm not a fan of coconut so I made them milk chocolate with chocolate sprinkles (or rainbow glitter sprinkles). These are very simple to make quick to dry and be ready and a fabulous last minute store cupboard style homemade present for friends and families. Thanks for the recipe! - 11 May 2011
