Auntie Janet's pasta sauce or soup

1 person made this

About this recipe: When our children were little my friend gave me this recipe which hides vegetables in the sauce; my children still love it as teenagers. It freezes very well so I am never without a quick meal to hand. It can be used on its own over pasta or with the addition of single cream makes a luxurious soup. A vegetarian version can be made without the bacon.
