    A filling pasta dish, my take on the Italian carbonara.

    • tagliatelle pasta
    • bacon, rindless, chopped
    • mushrooms
    • chicken
    • garlic
    • mozzarella and Cheddar cheese

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Fill a pan with water, add a pinch of salt and a drop of oil into the water. Add pasta, bring to the boil, keep on a low heat until soft.
    2. In a pan put a drop if olive oil in, no more than 1/2 a teaspoon. Add the chicken, and when chicken is near cooked add the bacon and mushrooms and garlic, then add the cream and half the cheese. Simmer, stirring every few minutes.
    3. Place pasta into pasta bowls, top with plenty of carbonara and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. (This is for 1 person. Just add as much of everything as needed.)
