Gluten free sage and onion stuffing

Gluten free sage and onion stuffing

About this recipe: When my mum became a coeliac the one thing she missed was stuffing! For 2 years we have been trying to find some, first bought it in Sainsbury's and that was good until they stopped the product so we have been experimenting ever since and now we have cracked it! The flavour and texture were an almost perfect match to Paxo's.

I was looking for a stuffing recipe close to the Paxo, as mentioned in the recipe. It was very easy to do and was really tasty. The whole family loved it - even the pickie ones. - 24 Dec 2009

Absolutely delicious, I add a stick of celery though. - 01 Nov 2015
