Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 1lb/450g Haddock or Ling or Catfish
- 1/2 Pt /300ml White Sauce (can use packet sauce)
- Boiled potatoes - mashed with plenty of butter and salt
- Cream
- Pepper
- Butter

- Poach fish in a moderate oven until just cooked (10 - 15 mins)
- Remove all the skin and bones and flake the fish
- Mix with the sauce. Put in the pie dish
- Cover with mashed potato, rough up surface with fork
- Dot with butter. Brown under the grill
