About this recipe: Just love ribs and these are dead easy.

Serves: 2 

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 5 squirts ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons hot chilli sauce
  • Worcester sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 good glugs of olive oil
  • mayo
  • paprika
  • red chilli

Prep:2hr  ›  Cook:2hr  ›  Ready in:4hr 

  1. Mix ketchup, vinegar, chilli sauce, Worcester sauce, garlic and olive oil. Coat the ribs and marinate for 2 hours or overnight - as long as you want really.
  2. When you are ready, cook at 150 C for about 1 hour 30 minutes, then leave in the oven to cool once oven is off.
  3. Mix mayo, paprika and chopped chilli. Serve with the mayo as a dip ENJOY !
