I have just made up this recipe and have eaten it with pancakes. Heaven! What a fabulous way to use bananas! There's some left over to have with ice cream - plain vanilla would be best, I think, but plain chocolate would be great, too. Yummy, I used it on porridge, natural yogurt, rice pudding, on bagels and peanut butter and banana jam sandwiches. I also used it on a thumbprint biscuit recipe that I found on this recipe. I will definitely be using it again, thank you! - 20 Mar 2015
