60g (2 oz) thin sliced steak (rump, sirloin or fillet)
30g (1 oz) Sliced swiss cheese
1 8" baguette
110g (4 oz) sliced red and green peppers,mushrooms,onions

keep baguette warm and crusty in the oven,in the meantime get a large frying pan with a little oil .stir fry all the ingridients when nice and hot cover with swiss cheese until melted.
Cut baguette straight down the middle scoop the filling in the centre keeping the cheese on top serve with a nice side salad of your choice.
