    About this recipe: I usually serve this delicious crispy duck breast with vegetable and noodles stir fry or with rice pancakes and plum sauce.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 2 (400g) duck breasts
    • juice of half an orange
    • 5 tablespoons soy sauce

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:45min  ›  Ready in:50min 

    1. Score the skin of the duck breast. Make about 4 cuts on each. Put on a baking tray pour orange juice and soy sauce on top.
    2. Bake in a 180 C / Gas 4 oven until cooked through. Baste regularly with own juices.
    3. Remove skin and slice. Heat a pan and fry gently in its own fat until crispy. Serve immediately.

    I love this recipe!! When the brownie mix first came out it was still runny in the mixture, but I didn't want to cook it for any longer. I tried it and it was gorgeous (still edible even if its runny). I left it in the fridge as recommended and they were gorgeous the next day, chewy and fudgy and yum!! Will definitely use again! - 14 Feb 2013
