About this recipe: You can easily make this one for a Vegetarian, just leave out the Sausages and Chorizo. As long as you don't overdo it with the meat, this is quite a healthy meal as well!
I made the vegetarian version, and although it was nice I had to add larger amounts of the spices (to compensate for the lost flavour perhaps...?). I would make this again, as it is full of protein and is also tasty the next day for a packed lunch! - 01 Apr 2012
