    About this recipe: These cute little pudding truffles make great gifts and are fantastic when kicking back after wrapping presents with a warm cup of eggnog and eating these delightful little treats. Another reason these truffles are so great is because you can make them well in advance and freeze them until needed.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 30 balls

    • 700g good quality Christmas fruit cake
    • 125ml brandy
    • 8 tablespoons icing sugar
    • 250g milk or dark chocolate
    • 100g white chocolate
    • glace cherries

    Method

    1. Crumble fruitcake into a bowl. Melt milk/dark chocolate and add to fruitcake with the brandy and icing sugar. Stir mixture until combined and then roll into little balls. Refrigerate until cold.
    2. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the top of the balls. Top the truffle off with a glace cherry.
