About this recipe: A hearty beefy version of spaghetti bolognese, very tasty
Adjust the ingredients according to taste, I prefer to use more garlic, just because I love it and some time add an extra half stock cube, serve with spaghetti.

Has to be the Best bolognese I hAve ever made. They all loved it. I made penneys instead and turned it into a pasta. Ake but the theory is the same. I also sauté some mushrooms,and carrots along with celery and blitzed it a bit to get some extra veggies into them on the sly. Brilliant - 27 Jun 2016
