I really enjoyed this cheesecake and it was so easy to make- however next time I would take out the maple syrup, I found it overpowered the taste of the chocolate. Will be making again! - 13 Oct 2011

A little of this goes a long way, so rich and creamy you only need a small slice. I made the recipe exactly as stated. Mine did not look as glossy and chocolatey as the photo suggests as once you added the cream and cheese it went quite light coloured which did dissapoint me. Chocolate lovers will love this recipe. It is easy to make, makes in advance and i would recommend it. It only makes a small cheesecake but i feel would feed six people - 14 Mar 2010
