    About this recipe: An easy thick tomato vegetable soup for a winter day.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1 carrot – thinly sliced
    • 1 small potato – thinly sliced
    • 4 fresh tomatoes – chopped
    • 1 pepper – chopped
    • 75g fine green beans – cut in halves
    • 75g sugar snap peas – cut in halves
    • 1 400g tin chopped tomatoes
    • 1 40 tin red kidney beans
    • 1 teaspoon Marmite
    • 1 desert spoon vegan stock powder
    • salt & pepper

    Method
    Prep:20min  ›  Cook:3hr  ›  Ready in:3hr20min 

    1. Place the vegetables and tomatoes in the slow cooker dish
    2. Cover with boiling water
    3. Add Marmite and vegetable stock powder
    4. Cook on high for 3 hours or auto for 8 hours
    5. Seaon as desired.
