    • 300g frozen peas
    • 12 asparagus spears
    • 100g bacon lardons
    • Goat’s cheese

    1. Add the peas to water and boil them for 3 minutes, then puree and season.
    2. Add fried bacon for an extra salty zing.
    3. Griddle the asparagus spears and warm some goat’s cheese over them.
