Add one to two handfuls of rice per person. For four people add 1 tin of coconut milk (or hot water and two small sachets of coconut block), one small tin of evaporated milk, or a small cup of milk. Add a handful of sultanas if you like that sort of thing! Cook in slow cooker for 4 hours on low, until tender and bubbly :)
Ensure rice is only just covered, and leave the lid on.
