Ignore the other review, these pancakes are amazing! The recipe is much better than the others I have tried and result in tasty and fluffy pancakes. - 22 May 2011

I have never in over 40 years of pancakeday's added baking soda to a pancake mix. My results were always light and fluffy. The secret is in the mixing and standing time. - 16 Feb 2010
