    About this recipe: This is a great treat that's healthy, quick and tasty not to mention versatile!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 1 wrap
    • 1 tablespoon reggae reggae sauce (or salsa, or BBQ)
    • 1/2 jar of roasted peppers (slice them length ways)
    • 1/2 ball mozzarella (chopped up)
    • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes (optional)
    • handfull wild rocket
    • drizzle extra virgin olive oil (or chilli oil)

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:7min  ›  Ready in:12min 

    1. Take a wrap, spead the sauce of your choice over it.
    2. Lay the peppers over the top and the the mozzarella like any normal pizza topping. Sprinkle your chilli flakes on top.
    3. Put in the oven (190) for approx 7 minutes, when done, take out and put rocket on top, drizzle with oil to finish!
