    About this recipe: A light creamy, French butter sauce that's flavoured with tarragon. Perfect for pouring over a steak or serving with seafood.

    Serves: 2 

    • 4 egg yolks
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 1 teaspoon tarragon
    • 225g butter or margarine

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender.
    2. Heat all ingredients in a saucepan until simmering.
    3. Pour into a serving dish / gravy boat, serve and enjoy!

    Serving suggestion

    Serve with steak or fish.
