Serves: 1
- ice
- 2 measures gin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- sparkling wine
Method

- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin, sugar and lemon juice to the shaker. Shake well, then strain into a tall cocktail glass filled with ice. Fill with sparkling wine.
