This recipe will create the most tender and flavoursome chicken. Oranges are used to flavour this dish. Use the stock left in the bottom of the pan to make gravy.

I've made this before and found the results were much better when the softened butter was combined with the herbs and then rubbed under the skin. This way the herb/butter flavour permeated the meat and it was fabulous!!! - 06 Jun 2008 (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
