Very delicious. Added a tiny bit of cream right at the end. By the time veggies were cut took a bit longer than half an hour, but still nice and quick to do after a long day at work. Will be doing again. - 01 Sep 2014
We couldn't believe how much we love this stew! To save time and dishes, instead of serving with mashed potatoes, rice or pasta I cubed 3 small potatoes and added them along with the other ingredients.
