My family absolutely love this recipe. My husband is not a chicken breast fan and he loves this recipe. The combination of flavors is just sublime. Ive done this recipe several times now and its always delicious. I sometimes sway the mayo for light soft cheese but either is excellent. The only think I add is some gravy on the table for those who want it as it can be slightly dry but still very tasty :-) - 07 Feb 2014
Like others found, this is a bit dry. I will try it again following the suggestions from the reviews to make it more moist. I took it out of the oven after 45 minutes and because it looked so pallid, I stuck it under the grill for a few minutes in an effort to brown it up. Not recommended, as it only made it more dry! The filling is very tasty and I could envisage using it in other dishes. - 25 Sep 2017
