    Mum's easy recipe for Scotch Pancakes

    Serves: 2 

    • 8oz Self Raising Flour
    • 2-3 Eggs
    • 1/2 Milk
    • 2oz Sugar
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 2 table spoons of sunflower oil

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:2min  ›  Extra time:1min cooling  ›  Ready in:8min 

    1. Mix all together in a bowl untill smooth and batter consistancy.
    2. Heat frying pan with 2 table spoons of oil on a medium heat, and with a large serving spoon, place one spoons worth of batter onto the frying pan.
    3. Once you can see small bubbles forming through the batter (after about 1.5 minutes), flip the pancake with a fish slice and repeat the same on this side.
