About this recipe:
Mum's easy recipe for Scotch Pancakes
8oz Self Raising Flour
1 pinch of salt
2 table spoons of sunflower oil
Extra time:1min cooling ›
- Mix all together in a bowl untill smooth and batter consistancy.
- Heat frying pan with 2 table spoons of oil on a medium heat, and with a large serving spoon, place one spoons worth of batter onto the frying pan.
- Once you can see small bubbles forming through the batter (after about 1.5 minutes), flip the pancake with a fish slice and repeat the same on this side.
