Very moist! Yes it is very much like carrot cake, which my OH loves and now also loves this! Iwish I had chopped the toms smaller maybe even whizzed them up, then my kids would prob eat it also. really nice, mine needed little longer cooking but thats prob down to my cake tin and cooker. - 09 Oct 2010
