I adapted this recipe from one I found in a book. I love meat, and this soup meats that requirement by providing a meaty feast with peas and a little spicy kick.
Steph's Baked Vegetable Rice
This is a budget meal that can be served as a main or as a side dish. It smells gorgeous and keeps you full! :) My friends at uni love this. Use brown or white rice - It's completely up to you. I prefer to use frozen vegetables - But that's mainly because I'm a student and they'll go to waste. But you can literally throw anything you want in here. Just give it a go. You'll also notice I don't use measurements. I'm a great believer in throwing things together!
