These chocolate truffles are absolutely perfect! They're chocolately, creamy and oh-so-good. A dark chocolate ganache is made with chocolate, coconut milk, vanilla extract and salt. You will never believe that these are vegan. The best thing is that you can add anything you want to this truffle base - rum, hazelnuts, almonds, coconut, coffee or anything you fancy. They are great for snacking and giving as food gifts.
