Once you see how easy it is so make this bread in your bread machine, you won't buy it at the store anymore!

A lovely fruity tea time bread made in the bread machine for pure convenience! Gorgeous topped with clotted cream or just butter.

A late friend from london gave me this recipe 30 years ago (her name was Diz-hence the name) , and whoever tries this recipe makes the Plum Bread for life. So Simple - So Tasty-Better than any bought & lasts for weeks. Being as it keeps so well I make 2 at a time - can freeze. I spread with butter (perhaps slice of cheese) , but fine on own. Also can warm a slice for min. in microwave for quick pudding.

This recipe is a sweeter version of the classic challah. It was given to me by a friend.

This recipe comes from my mother-in-law and she always made them for Passover. These rolls are easy to make, and you can fill them with tuna or salmon or eat them plain! They are delicious!

This recipe makes the best naan I have tasted outside of South Asia. I don't have a tandoor, so I've found that the barbecue is the next best thing.

This is a very nice, soft loaf which will warm you up with a cuppa on a cold, rainy day! It smells fantastic while it is baking.

This is a version of the bread that is made for All Soul's Day on November 2, known as the Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) in Mexico. You can also mould the bread into different shapes, such as angels and animals.

The dough for this bread needs to rise overnight for best results, but it makes so many loaves you can freeze a few.

This is a moist banana loaf cake perfect for using up ripe bananas. I usually freeze my old bananas until I have enough for a recipe or two. Just freeze them as they are - peel and all - and thaw for an hour or so at room temperature. I have also used apple sauce in place of the oil to make this low fat. It is not quite as moist, but the flavour is still just as good.

This recipe happened one night when I was making white rolls and I ran out of flour. All I had left was wholemeal flour, and luckily for me, it worked out well.
