I think French toast and bananas are a perfect pair. For a real American-style brunch, garnish with fresh strawberries, a sprinkle of icing sugar and drizzle of maple syrup.

I've been Diagnosed as allergic to Dairy and Muffins on a sunday morning for breakfast was just too good to give up!! You can Replace the rasberries with other fruits - Blueberries, Strawberries, Apple, Rubarb, Dried Fruits, Banannas even Chocolate Chips.

Traditional Welsh pancakes. These make a lovely afternoon treat for children coming home from school! I think you get the best results if you use an electric griddle.
