This simple pancake is similar to drop scones or American-style pancakes but made in a fraction of the time and with the most fabulous, rich strawberry topping. Serve with cream or ice cream if you are feeling wicked. Delicious!

This is a sweet lemony syrup for pouring over cakes, which is typical of Greek cuisine. You can also use this as an alternative to maple syrup on pancakes, or to drizzle over ice cream. It's very sweet so a little goes a long way!

Always a hit with ice cream, cakes, pancakes, waffles....... You catch my drift. Great to use as a drizzle on cakes and excellent with steamed puddings!!!

This is one of the first recipes my mum taught me as a child. Serve warm with your choice of sweet or savoury fillings.

Sometimes what's simplest is what's best! You don't have to use sugar and lemon of course, but I still love this classic combo!
