This potato soup has more flavour than any potato soup I have ever had. For a soup less creamy and lower in fat, use full fat milk instead of the single cream -- still tastes great!
1 hour macaroni
Easy to make macaroni cheese, ready in about 1 hour. Mustard and lemon juice add a little kick, too.
Sam's salad dressing
Simple, easy and quick salad dressing which would also be nice as a dressing for homemade coleslaw as an alternative to salad cream. Here it serves 2 for a small side salad, but just increase the quantity as required. I made this with shredded lettuce, tomato, spring onion and cucumber. Would be nice as a coleslaw dressing or mixed into cold pasta for a creamy pasta salad dressing.
