This recipe uses amaretto liqueur. It's a creamy cheesecake with a light almond flavour.

Nickie, my boss, made this cheesecake and brought it to work. Everyone raved about it and it is to die for! I know of no one who does not like it, although it may not be so beautiful to look at.

This is a great recipe that gets compliments when ever I make it. It is very rich, and worth the time and calories.

I haven't made this yet the measurements will probably have to be changed, hopefully I can come back and change this. The chocolate recipe is from another user here.

Sinfully rich and velvety smooth, this elegant recipe becomes a favourite as soon as it is tasted. It is best if made a day before serving.

A deliciously decadent cheesecake recipe. The cake is layered with crushed Amaretti biscuits, soft cheese, mascarpone, sponge fingers and coffee liqueur.

I'm glad my mum gave me this recipe. It is gorgeously spiced and I find it isn't as touchy as your typical cheesecake.

Guinness 250 years (1759 - 2009) celebration is today in Ireland. The place where I work has made a special Guinness menu for the day. I am a pastry chef, so I decided to make a Guinness chessecake.

A close friend is a cheesecake and Guinness fanatic. He requested a Guinness cheesecake for his 25th birthday; this is the result. It is quite smooth and very rich.

You must try this very airy cheesecake, that melts in your mouth! Once you eat this, I bet you can't forget about it. This cake makes you feel as if you are flying with wings! Yes, it's that light!

This is a wonderful pumpkin cheesecake with a ginger nut crust. The ginger nuts really do make a difference.

Easy and so good for Christmas, parties, weddings or whatever the occasion! Use your favourite biscuit base. You can also make these in regular muffin tins; just be sure to adjust the baking time.

This recipe was passed down to me from my mum. It produces a rich, chocolaty cheesecake perfect for all cheesecake and chocolate lovers alike! Taste a little to ensure that the right amount of chocolate-ness has been reached. If you like cheesecakes a little more chocolaty then you may need to add a little more cocoa powder/water mix to taste.

This easy no-bake cheesecake is creamy, smooth and tangy. Simply leave in the fridge for longer if you prefer a more solid filling. I used homemade lemon curd for the topping (it's very simple to make and absolutely delicious if you don't mind a bit of stirring). I'm sure store bought lemon curd would also be very nice.

This cheesecake is kosher for Passover with a chocolate macaroon crust. Great for a Seder dessert. Very rich.
