These cookies are the pinnacle of perfection! If you want a big, fat, chewy cookie like the kind you see at bakeries and specialty shops, then these are the cookies for you!

I found this when I was travelling through America. They are to die for.

Specially for the basic galley and lazy on-board cook! The chewy-crispy result is best by using butter and white sugar, but I've used uncoloured golden sugar, and margarine - and even wholemeal flour, but that makes it much heavier. You can also do without the chocolate chunks, or without the nuts, and even without both if you're desperate! Use whatever is in your galley cupboards - add glace cherries, or raisins, instead. Be imaginative! - But the best results come as below.

A double-layer, extremely moist chocolate sponge, with peanutbutter buttercream filling, and a hard chocolate glaze.

You might need to make a double batch of these. They are so good that they will go in no time at all!

After a painful (yummy, but ridiculously unhealthy) amount of experimenting with different recipes I came up with this one. I think it's pretty damn good, myself. Also, it's sooo much better if you can leave these in a fridge overnight, as this makes 'em far more fudgey (ie. far more YUMMY!) They go down great at school =D

My sister made this recently for a Christmas fayre and it sold out in 5 minutes. In all fairness not much made it to the fayre as we ate most of it beforehand. I LOVE this recipe. It's definitely my favourite fudge recipe. It's perfect around Christmas too. Mum makes a big batch every year.

This classic American dessert is very simple to make, but will definitely impress guests at a barbecue or dinner party. It's gorgeously gooey, nutty and chocolaty.

My lil choc chip cookie recipe... They have been a huge hit with everyone who has tried them so far...

These American-style cookies are simply irresistible eaten while still warm and the chocolate chunks are still soft and melting. Macadamia nuts, with their buttery flavour, add a crunchy texture, but can be omitted if you prefer. Like the chocolate, the nuts should be kept in fairly large pieces.

After years of tweaking my chocolate chip cookie recipe, it is now ready for public consumption. It has been laboratory-tested on many of my friends all of whom seem to think its pretty great, as do I. They certainly aren't healthy, but its well worth the requisite post-cookie eating cardio workout. I hope it works for you as well as it has for me! Enjoy!

Most people’s ideal brownie is one that is moist in the centre, almost gooey, and with a rich, deep chocolate flavour. This recipe uses both chocolate and cocoa powder, which gives the brownies plenty of chocolate flavour, and also contains muscovado sugar to help produce the desired fudgy texture.

This fudge like brownie is rich but very tasty! I like to bake them, then leave in the fridge overnight for that lovely fudgy texture. I like to eat them on their own or serve it with vanilla ice cream and berries.

I've been making this toffee at Christmas time for years. My best friend Jane gave me the original version when we first met some 30 years ago--where does the time go! It's been a family favorite ever since...

Don’t over cook slightly under cook it; keep an eye on them when they’re a bit gooey they are perfect.

Im not a huge fan of baking, so when I finally do, I always tend to make it elaborate and complicated. Here's my take on an elaborate and complicated brownie.

This is an altered version of a recipe from allrecipes.com, specially for uk cooks. Best eaten on the day of baking, particularly if still slightly warm - yum!
