As chocoholic I am always trying to make up for all of my weekend indulgences by finding ways to satisfy my sweet tooth during the week without any of of the naughtiness. This is as innocent as chocolate cheesecake comes, but its still rich, creamy and hits the spot when you just need some chocolate.

Garnish with a sprinkle of sugar and some strawberries. The centre will be a little fudgy tasting. There are never any leftovers to worry about.

This is a recipe I have known since I was a child and is a great one to rustle up if you are in need of a quick chocolate fix as it comes out as a chocolate sponge cake with a delicious choc sauce hidden at the bottom. Great with icecream!
