Just like the title says - a delicious pavlova topped with banana slices, caramel sauce and whipped cream. The perfect combination of two very yummy desserts making one that will have you making it over and over again.

This has always been a favourite in our family since I was little. My mum gave me the recipe last year, when I cooked it for the first time. Now it's not just for Christmas anymore! It's fab warm, but also good cold. This can be made in advance and chilled in the fridge

A late friend from london gave me this recipe 30 years ago (her name was Diz-hence the name) , and whoever tries this recipe makes the Plum Bread for life. So Simple - So Tasty-Better than any bought & lasts for weeks. Being as it keeps so well I make 2 at a time - can freeze. I spread with butter (perhaps slice of cheese) , but fine on own. Also can warm a slice for min. in microwave for quick pudding.

If you use a ready made pastry case, this is a simple recipe to follow. The only problem is - the finished pie looks too good to eat!

These little buns are so easy! Excellent for making with children on a rainy day. Decorate with chocolate buttons, hundreds and thousands, jelly beans, jellied diamonds or any other decorations.

This is a recipe for petits fours sized chocolate meringue tartlets. Fantastic treat for adult birthdays, dinner party desserts or Valentine's Day!

Similar to scones, these are great for teaching children how to cook and have fun in the kitchen. They look like little rocks but certainly shouldn't taste like them. This makes quite a big batch so you might want to halve the recipe or freeze some of them!
