I think French toast and bananas are a perfect pair. For a real American-style brunch, garnish with fresh strawberries, a sprinkle of icing sugar and drizzle of maple syrup.

Just like the title says - a delicious pavlova topped with banana slices, caramel sauce and whipped cream. The perfect combination of two very yummy desserts making one that will have you making it over and over again.

This is a very moist cake that looks and tastes delicious too! It has just the right amount of sugar needed. The glaze makes the cake shiny and keeps its flavour sealed for many days. But you will soon find out that it's not necessary as your familiy will finish it in no time! I like to use a classic bundt pan as it makes the cake look great! You can buy them in any specialty cook shop. Try and have all your ingredients at room temp too.

If you like chocolate ice cream you'll love this recipe, which is reminiscent of a frozen mousse. This recipe contains raw eggs. It is recommended that pregnant women, young children and the elderly do not consume raw eggs.

Banana muffins make a healthy snack for children after school. They are so easy to make and freeze well too. So, make these instead of throwing away those brown bananas!

Be patient - this smells fantastic while it is cooking - wait until it has cooled before serving, though!

Perfect for chocolate lovers! Great for entertaining, deceptively easy to make. Perfect for people who can't have gluten. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream, or simply dusted with icing sugar. I flour the cake tin using cocoa powder so it won't leave white marks on the cake and keeps it totally gluten free. You can make an icing for the top or pour over melted chocolate.

A special version of scrambled eggs we make every year before getting on with the task of cooking Christmas dinner. Please note - I just gave the ingredient amounts for one serving but they are easily scaled to serve more.

Use good quality sausages, any flavour you like! Cook them in Yorkshire pudding batter to make this traditional dish that children love. Don't forget the gravy!

The best cure for a hangover, or if you wake up starving, it's so delicously fattening that you can feel your arteries blocking....some call it the heartache sandwich, others call it the widow maker, i call it heaven.

Traditional Welsh pancakes. These make a lovely afternoon treat for children coming home from school! I think you get the best results if you use an electric griddle.
