Chocolate can be part of a healthy diet, as these delicious muffins prove. They use the best-quality chocolate to give more flavour with less fat.

A recipe I made by myself. Delicious, but you'll need a day to stay at home to make this ice cream - no machine needed except a freezer.

Got some older bananas that need using up but want a change from the usual? This really really yummy recipe is one I modified from a plain banana cake and it is now so popular it gets requested all the time. Best of all it can be done with ease in a food processor, so it's also really fast to make for a picnic or sudden guests! Also kids love it, it's got chocolate in it! Doesn't need icing or buttering, is plenty good on its own.

This cake is simple enough to eat with a cuppa, yet good enough to serve for a special occasion. It's one of my family's favourites.

A local restaurant served a version of this recipe. I went crazy over it and decided to create my own. It's great served warm or cold.

After tweaking a crepe recipe I came up with this incredibly delicious version -- chocolate crepe batter, with bananas and chocolate sauce! A very big hit with my friends! Top with icing sugar or whipped cream.

Elegant and easy to make - this is a great recipe for parties or a romantic evening. White chocolate may be drizzled over the milk chocolate for a posh look.

Dress up fresh fruit for a special person. Imagine how delicious and tempting a tray of bite-sized, dipped fruit will look. Experience it as next gift for your loved ones or as an elegant dessert. Believe it, they will really value it and if dipped with chocolate, it will make a perfect treat for them.

Not much to prepare with this one, you simply need a few bananas - one for each person you are serving, and a large bag of milk chocolate buttons. You could also perhaps try white chocolate buttons for an original twist!

This is a luscious copy of a very famous brand name ice cream! All my little monkeys love this one (wink)! For best results, transfer frozen mixture to a plastic freezer container and freeze for at least one hour before serving (if you can keep your kids out of it for that long!).

Pears and chocolate are one of those classic, heavenly combinations. Enjoy this seductive dessert during the autumn, when juicy pears are abundant.

Sweet prunes, not butter, give this luxurious chocolate cake its irresistible fudgy texture.

We had a competition at our school to see who could make the best energy drink. Our group won with this recipe. We called it "strawberry surprise!"
