This is an easy marinade for prawns, delicious and succulent cooked on the barbecue. I've also sautéed them with the marinade and used the sauce with pasta or just mopped it up with crusty bread!

Prawns quickly marinated in lemon, garlic and parsley for 30 minutes, then barbecued. Can be served as a starter or main dish. This recipe also works well with scallops.

To create these succulent mini kebabs, marinated cubes of monkfish fillet and fresh mussels are threaded onto skewers with a selection of colourful vegetables, then lightly grilled. They make an extra special hot nibble to hand round at a celebration party or present on a buffet table. You can use any firm fish that will hold it's shape.

This is such an easy thing to throw together at the last minute when you need something for a crowd. Be sure to use king prawns - the cooking time for the prawns and the bacon is similar.
