Use regular milk instead of soya milk, if desired. Likewise, make a vegan shake by using soya ice cream or Swedish Glace instead of dairy ice cream.

This healthy and versatile dressing is superb when drizzled over a salad or barbecued meats, and also acts as an excellent dip for toasted pitta. Tofu can be soft or firm, but do not use extra firm tofu. For a little heat, try adding a small amount of wasabi before blending.

This is a quick vegan smoothie with a rich, creamy texture. It keeps you full and is perfect for people in a rush in the morning. You don't have to give up a good breakfast when it's this easy!

This makes a great vegan sandwich filling. You can replace the sunflower seeds with sesame seeds if you prefer. Try it on a toasted bagel with ripe tomato slices, or on granary bread with lettuce and onion.

A refreshing, light salad for any hot summer day! The kidney beans and tofu make it a great vegetarian main, as well. The basil may be substituted with fresh parsley or mint. Be sure to make this salad just before serving.

A delicious thick and creamy dressing - great for salads which consist mostly of greens. I also like it on a jacket potato. You can vary the taste by trying different types of vinegar.

This recipe is great for people who are lactose intolerant, but anyone and everyone is sure to love them.
